----Tuition Fee for the 2nd Semester of 2024/2025 Academic Year is overdue,
and can only be paid by cash at Cashier Division of NTU.

1. payment period:
The tuition payment period for the second semester of academic year 2024/2025 is Feb. 1 to Feb. 14, 2025.
2. Payment options:
(1) Please download and print out your billing statement at https://mis.cc.ntu.edu.tw/reg/ during the payment period. Before making your payment, please check your name and student number on it to avoid paying other student’s tuition & fee.
(2) Please bring the payment slip to the Cashier Division of NTU to pay it by cash.
(3) Both the official payment period and the extension of payment period of your tuition fees are overdue. Except for paying it by CASH at Cashier Division of NTU, we don't offer other options and methods to pay your overdue tuition fees payment.
3. Overdue payment:
According to National Taiwan University's Academic Policies, failure to pay tuition and fee by the deadline will be considered unregistered and thus will result in the withdrawal from the University.
If you are unable to make the payment during the payment period, you may apply for a registration extension at myNTU→Student→Curriculum→Registration Extension and Reinstatement System.
4. If you have any unpaid fees from a previous semester, you will not be able to print out the billing statement for this semester. Please visit the website https://mis.cc.ntu.edu.tw/reg/ to print out your billing statement for the unpaid semester and then pay at the Cashier Division (or at the General Affairs Division, College of Medicine) in cash. Afterwards, you will be able to print out your billing statement for this semester.
Please note that due to the Chinese New Year holiday, the cashier office will be closed from January 24th to February 3rd.
5. Students who are withdrawn, qualified for graduation or granted leave of absence before the starting date of classes need not pay tuition.
6. When the payment status update?
Payment processing may take 1 to 4 business days.
Generally speaking, according to the way that you pay the credit fees:
(1) Via ATM, interbank transfers, post offices: paying day+1~2 business days
(2) Via convenience stores: paying day+2~3 business days
(3) By credit cards: credit card authorization day+3~4 business days
(4) Please be noted that your payment status will not be changed immediately on the paying day. Your payment status will be revised only after the payment processing aforementioned. If you’d like to obtain the latest payment status you may also visit the website at https://mis.cc.ntu.edu.tw/reg/ and click “Bank Service” to link to the ChinaTrust Commercial Bank website.
7. What’s the standard of tuition?
(1) Please refer to the website as below: https://admissions.ntu.edu.tw/apply/tuition-fees/. If you have questions about it, please contact with Office of International Affairs. Tel.: 02-33662007
(2) For undergraduate students extending their study term, during the month after the adding/dropping period, the billing statement, whether credit hour fees or full tuition & miscellaneous fees, will be generated depending on the credit hours you are taking (excluding Teacher’s Education course credit hours). Before the adding/dropping period, the tuition fee will be shown as Zero.
8. If you need to pay your tuition before Jan. 15, 2025, you may go to your respective academic unit to print out the billing statement and proceed to the Cashier Division to pay it.
Students who already paid the tuition of this semester before the payment period and still received the reminder letter must to check the status of your tuition at the website at https://mis.cc.ntu.edu.tw/reg/ . Please confirm whether there is still any fee that needs to be paid, and pay the entire balance due by the payment due date.
